In response, Real IT Solutions first implemented an enterprise-class of endpoint protection with a 24/7 security operations center and human monitoring. The team also integrated AI-driven spam and phishing protection for the client’s email systems. Real IT Solutions then trained all of the 200 employees on cyber security awareness and credential monitoring. The company also trained the employees on content filtering and URL protection for web traffic and ensured that they engaged in two-factor authentications such that no user could log in from an unauthorized device or area. Apart from this, Real IT Solutions also has additional policies for the work-from-home environment to ensure that cyber security solutions match the new workspaces.
